Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the http://www.stunet.com.au website and operated by STUNET Pty Ltd. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.  

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

 

STUNET, as a Service Provider is prepared to act in behalf of its clients in the enrolment process with education and other service providers.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the service («Payment»), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your name, telephone, address and email.

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by My STUNET. STUNET has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that STUNET shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

a.     Fees for professional services are calculated on the time spent by Service Provider associates and staff attending to said services, multiplied by the relevant hourly rate. Time is costed by reference by hourly units. The hourly rate is applied to all work done on Company’s behalf, including making telephone calls, writing letters, research, negotiating with educational partners, and preparing documents. The average hourly rate for Service Provider’s professional service is $120 Au per hour.

 b.     Before any bill is sent to Company, the company’s Manager responsible for the matter will review it to ensure that fees and other charges are appropriate.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

a.  Billing occurs at the end of each month with the description of work performed during that month. 

b.  Bills are payable within 15 days of the date of invoice.

If person or company does not pay a bill sent by Service Provider or complies with a request for payment in advance within 10 days after the invoice is sent or the request is made, Service Provider may immediately stop acting for Company.

Service Provider will provide upon request the itemized details of the work, fees and costs incurred so far and an estimate of the work, fees and costs payable to complete the matter.

STUNET may decide to stop providing its services to a client generating a written notice at any time. The client will be liable for all work fees incurred up to that time.

STUNET’S website exhibits information about courses, programs, education providers, destination tourism and more. STUNET can’t guarantee that prices, dates, courses or any offer are going to be always available for everyone.

All material in this site (without limitation) is property of STUNET Pty Ltd. Trademarks and logos can’t be altered without STUNET’s written consent. You can use the site for personal an noncommercial usage.

All STUNET clients must accept the refund policy.

STUNET utilizes the EDULINK software to manage and store sensitive student information. All the information is encrypted securely and can’t be accessed by a third party.
